With around 140k after 4 months of it launch, this incredible game received way less attention and sales than it deserves. Do you guys think this can really happen?

As you stated it only sold 140k units, Nintendo sure isn't going to invest anymore in the brand, even though the game was good.

The only chance would be someone another Publisher continuing the series. Unfortunately I don't see that happen...

I think it's possible. W101 sold criminally low, but if it has enouff legs and get to eventually reach near 500k, maybe they would consider giving this franchise a other chance.

Star Fox & F-Zero both sold over 500K and are nowhere to be seen. I highly doubt they'd fund TW102

I ask because Kamiya tweet gave me the impression they really want to. i agree it does not look like it now, but it would be awesome. People need to play this game, it is so much fun.

If Nintendo thinks they'll be able to push the game on a larger userbase, it's worth a shot. Certain games get a fonder reaction a bit after release. It won't be because they made money on the previous game.
