Forums - Gaming - Ni no Kuni vs Fire Emblem Awakening: Which will sell more in NA?

Which will sell more?

Ni no Kuni 39 30.23%

Fire Emblem 69 53.49%

About the same. 21 16.28%

Total:129

gotta be Ni No Kuni, just because of the userbase on the Playstation network compared to Nintendo.

PlayStation Network: paddy2k7

I own PlayStation, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 2 slim, PlayStation 3 60gb, PlayStation 3 slim 1tb, PSP, PS Vita 32gb and PlayStation 4.

Nintendo 64, Gamecube, Gameboy/colour, Advance/Sp, Wii.

Ni No Kuni is doing wonderful digitally, so it'll win LTD. Retail will probably go to Fire Emblem though.

how much does Ni No Kuni have??? In US FE has over 100k in digital sales alone and this was back in Sept (my guess its over 150k by now)

PSN has way more users than the eShop. So whatever FE has managed it won't be more than Ni No Kuni has.

Ummmm???

Well Yes  we all kno this but it doesn't say how much it sold? In japan we had Vita digital sales a couple weeks ago and it was nowhere near some  3DS digital sales (like MH4 300k+) so i dont get how your statement makes sense?

By that logic, any digital sale on the PSN has more sales than the highest selling digital game on the eShop.  Your only point you have is that the PSN has more users, but that by itself tells us virtually nothing.

3 DS sells games digitally as well.

Ps3 on its way out, 3 DS has some years to go. So F.E

@tbone

Where uget digital sales?

im trying to find the figures now, this was the first one that came out with FE being out for about 3-4 weeks http://www.gamespot.com/articles/fire-emblem-awakening-us-sales-hit-180000/1100-6405363/

Ni No Kuni. It's the better game and the system it's on has a bigger userbase.

have you played FE? also FE awakening has over 100k in Digital sales (US Only) Edit: Just realized its at least 120k+ as LoZ was behind it on eShop and NPD had it around that much

Yeah, its likely FE will take retail sales as the 3ds is still going strong and ps3 is In its final years.

Though i'd imagine No no Kuni's digital sales to be higher. Unfortunately since we dont have the exact amount its a little hard to decide just based on the size of their systems userbase.

Oh gawd. Didn't take too long for posts like this to pop up. I suppose it's natural, with one being a Nintendo 1st-party game, and another being a Playstation exclusive. Kinda sad really, since both are superb games.

Seriously. Some fans here...

NNID: Zephyr25 / PSN: Zephyr--25 / Switch: SW-4450-3680-7334

I think FE for both retail and Digital. Since there was a shortage in Retail copies of the game I can only assume quite a few people bought it digitally.
