Since voting for DS and PSP games is now allowed, any chance I could change my vote from Lost Odyssey to The World Ends with You? For me, that was definitely the best game of the last generation.

Disagree. This was a pretty great year for PC games (especially indies). Some of them even got a few GOTY awards (Papers, Please, Stanley Parable, Rogue Legacy, Dota 2 etc.)

Well, you can mod Skyrim to your heart's content so that really shouldn't be an issue.
