I played 2, 1, 3, and then GA. I think this was actually a great way to play because each time it alternated. Basically action adventure, exploration, action adventure, exploration. I'd say 3>2 and GA>1, but it's hard for me to say 2>GA and I just can't come to terms with saying 3>1. They're too different.

3 is the better one, I think people got over excited with the hype around Uncharted 3 and the expectations were just unrealistic, I would say I like it as much as Uncharted 2 and can't wait for Uncharted 4 as much as the next installment of TLOU (Anything naughty dog really).
EDIT: I got so bored with Uncharted 1 that I never got to finish it... I went through Uncharted 2 and 3 many times over...
