This seems like an odd week to bestow that title on the 3DS. 2011 and 2012 each saw higher peaks for the 3DS. As for the DS it was doing close to double at its peak. It also didn't see a week before Christmas fall this low until after the 3DS came out.

Ouch, outsold by Wii U during the holiday season.

What also sucks is that the PS4 hasn't even released in Japan yet and has already outpaced the Wii U and Xbone. This gen belongs to PS and if it gets Dragon Quest 11 I'll be just fine with that.

Dragon Quest usually comes to the best selling platform of the generation thus far so, if PS continues this craziness we'll get it on PS4. However, I strongly believe that the next Dragon Quest will be for 3DS. It has 41 million units, and Japanese gamers are always on the move... it'll probably be for 3DS and not take advantage of what the PS4 can do for the series as the PS2 did for Dragon Quest 8. Lets' just hope.

Lol wut? The correct response is Wii U only sells 12k more than Bone despite 114k sales in Japan where Bone is not available. Wii U doomed everywhere but Japan. Anyway I'm just bummed that CoD is the highest selling game on PS4bone. Looks like another FPS dominated generation incoming

Nintendo have a strong market in Japan, Bone has a strong market in America, both are selling shit in Europe. I call that a tie (Wii U edging slightly ahead this week) If the Bone was available in Japan, it would add no significant numbers to its sales if the performance of the 360 in that region is anything to go by.
