It's possible. I thought for sure the 3DS would outsell the GBA and do 80 million minimum. But it's been fading lately, and of course the Wii U isn't getting any better.

Yes, I see the 3DS dropping fast in the next couple years.

But I want to emphasize this once again, I'm nowhere near close to 100% sure about this prediction, it's just a feeling that I got.


This morning I felt like my cornflakes and my milk were a little bit more tasty than usual.Not 100% sure about this, just a feeling I got in my stomach... Worth a prediction?!? ;)

This is just laughable this isn't the same old economy as it was in 2002 and the ps4 isn't the ps2 "BOLD" isn't the word for this prediction.

Wish I saw this thread when it was new. Would have agreed with the op back then and with three months more of data it looks like he has a good shot at being right.

The PS4 doesn't need to do PS2 numbers to outsell the Wii U and 3DS, looking at their sales.

OT: Looks like someone read my sig. ;) People can laugh all they want but I'm more certain about this prediction than ever before, so I'm sticking with it.

Holy shit. I'd be surprised if the Wii U sells more than 12 million. There is no reason to think the Wii U will sell more than the Gamecube or even on par with it. And I'd be also shocked (though in a good way) if the 3DS sells more than 90 million.

I predicted 120 million for PS4 minimum for its lifetime.

PS4 will outsell both WiiU and 3DS, but not combined, it would be a bit too much, even for PS4 :)
