I don't know about changing my life but I did feel like I died a little inside at the end. I just felt empty and sad. As dark and macabre as the game was, I really wanted a happy ending.

It's all about perspective though.
In my mind and I truly led myself to believe that it was actually a very love-highlighting ending, showing how far Joel is willing to go for Ellie.
(And I was CONVINCED one or both would die. I was shouting my lunges out for the game to end whenever Joel and Ellie were reunited and the pace was slow throughout Spring).
I need to go back and finish this game so I can actually read some of these threads.

i got to admit it, i went to the zoo as soon i finished this game (fucking giraffes)
I need to finish this game, just haven't gotten around to beating it.
Seems interesting, I'm gonna watch it latter while on the elliptical.
I didn't care for the gameplay much, but the story and presentation kept me playing.
