Pokemon X/Y, or Y to be more specific. This is purely because the only other (new) game that I played this year was New Leaf. And, even though it was great, I don't think it deserves the title of "best."

Don't have a Wii U yet, so I'd say either Dream Team or Pokemon X/Y.

Luigi's Mansion 2 was really good too though. It was the reason I got my 3DS.
