I mean if you can claim games behind a pay service are free, why not online play?

It's an absolutely genius idea.

EDIT: Just for the record I have PS+. It was my focus simply because its the only service I pay for to access free stuff. You people don't need to convince me the service is a great value. This was merely an observation from a fellow PS+ user.

Its the same with Live though. Difference is Xbox owners get to keep their games when not connected to Live Gold. Whereas PS players are renting.
