No. When i rate a movie 5 stars on netflix im not thinking, "omfg that movie was flawlrss. Every actor hit their line perfectly. The setting had no oversight (having an iphone before iphones came out). The music capture every emotion. The costume designer perfectly displayed exactly how people dressed during that era... ect. the script had no plot holes and tied everything togeyher" And thinking otherwise is just asinine.

I get that. The consoles are not complete yet... They'll be twice as good, if not more in a few years. You can't be more satisfied than 10/10...

You can't be more satisfied than 10/10, but you can be stay satisfied 10/10 despite additions/subtractions.

This isn't metric science mate where if consoles will be twice as good that I must put my score 5/10 so in a few years it'll balance out to 10/10. That's not how satisfaction data is collected.

10/10 means I'm very happy with the way things are at this moment. I don't have any complaints and the listed shortfalls of said product don't dampen my current experience.

It's a measure of the user's current experience with the product.

My thoughts exactly.  This is mostly masturbatory purchase justification.  There is not even ONE launch game on either console that would cause that kind of satisfaction.  Silly poll.
