One of the people (Drugs) commenting on the site brings forth an interesting argument, though I'm not sure of its value or relevancy.

Wouldn't it make more sense to compare the libraries after the PS4/XBO have been out for at least a year. I don't remember the WiiU having a stellar launch lineup either.

I would be far more willing to believe this if you hadn't posted a flamebait article from Cinemablend--who make their money by inciting that same bullshit, and are very blatantly doing it here.

Ok i will go along with it, wii U is doing great compared to PS4 and XBONE.
It will be a great victory for sony and MS if they can surpass the mighty wii U, with a much weaker games library.

Haha so let me get this straight...The article is saying that the WiiU has more/better games and that you should buy one (which is odd in an article is it not?).

The author also downplays the importance of the WiiUs headstart so make it seem like you don't need to worry about what games the PS4 or Xbox One will have in a year or so.

Seriously? The PS4 is closing like a torpedo with the Xbox One not far behind.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not taking a dig at the WiiU. I like the WiiU. But this article is little more than an advertisement.

I find it somewhat funny that a lot of Nintendo fans have started using Metacritic as one of the main weapons in their arsenal now (metacritic has largely been employed by PS and Xbox fans in the e-penis wars, alongside framerate, resolution and hardware power differences that mean nothing) and that they are attacking the line-up's of two consoles that have less than a month on the market all the while still complaining about the Wii U's library in its first months.
Are Nintendo fans slowly melting into the middle along with other fans and using the same arguments?
There were also a bunch of articles on the PS3 when it got its ass beat, stating that it was the superior machine, the best alternative etc, this is no different and doesn't really mean much besides patting people on the back for a short while through supporting their bias.
