Was launch day handled with 1 shipment or multiple shipments over a few weeks?



Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

I expect good numbers next week because they are launching in Middle East too.

I think Sony will announce 3 million sales before christimans.

No way. I'm guessing a large majority of that million were from preorders at Gamestop, Target and such gaming stores. But this might be the biggest at other places.

They should still move a few hundred k.

They shuld save a few for Sweden! Shipped like 100 PS4s over here....

Not even a single PS4 game in the Swedish chart on the second week.(shows that the shippment was extremely low)

Can we consider European sales to be more than 500k in that week too???, because after read how in Spain they expect to launch new shipments of ps4 that was almost the same number of ps4 sold here until now...and considering Europe have almost the half of sales of USA..., i think Sony could want finish the year selling the same amount than in USA.

I ask myself for how much time PS4 will enjoy shortages. Its ridiculus to enter in amazon and find the tag price of $US 727.

the 2.1M was for Dec 1st right?  i think 3M is a lock for this year unless sony is massively understocking ps4 in december.  but as shippments seem to keep coming i doubt they won't hit 3M.  

i honestly think (and kinda hope) sony low-balled that 5M for the fiscal year number just so they can impress investors when they beat it.  i mean, with the middle east and the random asian countries and japan all launching before March 5M still really, really low at this point.  japan's ps3 launch was 86k so ps4 should get at least 100k for launch.  6M by march, make it happen sony.
