But to tell you the thruth, the gameplay at E3 hurted them a lot.

It was barebone boring.


This I will agree with. The scenery was fantastic but the gameplay looked every bit like early and rough footage. The game isn't coming out for about a year so they have time but they really need to show something exciting. It's still going to be big simply because it's Bungie and there has been a ton of hype about it. It can get the pre-orders. The question right now is will it be entertaining enough to warrant a lot more purchases after launch.

Gotta ask but would any of the people in this thread that play exclusively on Playstation systems even give this game the time of day if it was an Xbox exclusive? Just wondering

Ahh, now I get why all the xbox fans are trying to downplay Destiny and trump up Titanfall.  They are butthurt that Bungie went multiplat while the ex Infinity Ward folks showed them some love by going exclusive (we will have to wait and see if it's just timed exclusive).

Yeah, go to bed. It's late, and you can't read properly anymore, since you obviously missed this part: "it seems you're pissed at them just because they're not exclusive to XBox anymore"

As for the reasons you gave so far, they're rubbish and groundless. So unless you elaborate and provide some evidence, it will continue to look like you're just pissed at them because they went multiplat.

Yeah. You guys are bashing Titanfall, when a lot of gaming journalists have played its demo and said it was a fantastic experience.

No it won't Destiny will be a lot bigger then titanfall at least.


LOL Destiny will not get close to Titanfall numbers. Titanfall will sell Xboxes like hotcakes in March. Its going to be similar to the Gears of War effect, especially with Microsoft and EA behind the media circus, it might get worse.

Well, when you support a studio for so long, buying all the limited/legendary editions (costing up to $150) on day 1, and then all of a sudden, the studio goes multi-plat (this isn't the part I'm upset about) and then favors an alternative console with exclusive content and earlier beta access and mentions that platform more frequently in their statements, it's a bit difficult not feeling a bit bitter.  


Yeah, I felt betrayed by Bungie as well. Back when I had plans of going to college to become a game designer my dream was to one day work at Bungie, they were my favorite game designer by far. I bought the collectors editions of the Halo games, bought all the map packs, I did everything I could to support them. And then they go and betray their fans on Xbox by making PS4 the primary platform and giving them earlier beta access. I'm not mad enough at Bungie to boycott Destiny, but I do hope that Titanfall and Halo 5 beat it in sales or at least reviews/awards. 

Wait... So you're mad because they wanted to do something other than Halo, cattering to a broader audience?

You wanted to continue your gaming life, and in 30 years, play Halo 23 still being made by Bungie? Really guys... This is some real childishly entitled behaviour.
