First I toast the bread to a nice dark brown and then I slap a slice of cold cheese on top and eat it.

I thought I was the one of the only people who put the cheese on the toast... I butter up the bread, slice of cheese and pop it in the toaster.

Also, thanks Pie for mentioning Panera Bread... now I'm really hungry.
