What's there to like? Nintendo doesn't make mobile games.

You've implicitly stated that the thread title should be changed right there.

I've also implicitly made a funny.

I have nothing against mobile gaming. I experiment with it plenty, though it's tiresome wading through all the garbage to find the gems.

I don't play either =P

1) A small screen simply sucks compared to a big screen. I want to see movies and TV on a bigger screen, and the same goes for games.
2) Handheld versions of big titles are inferior or they are not made. Exclusives do not make up for point number one.
3) If I'm out of my home, I'm doing something more worthwhile than gaming.
4) I'm an old dinosaur, not fitted with the modern attention span of a fly, so I can sit through a whole journey on a bus or a train without having to fiddle with an electronic device.

I love handheld gaming.

I can't really explain why. I bought a 3DS when it first came out, with a bunch of games. I played it alot for a week and it's been sitting on my shelf every since. I also hand a psp for a very short time and just gave it away a month later. I've tried and tried to get into portable gaming, but I just can't do it. It may sound weird, but I just can't explain why?

I am waiting for games to go to Andriod and Apple products before I become a legal handheld type game player. Handheld games are over priced, plus I prefer the increadible budgets of console games by far.

Once you played one Pokemon you played them all.

Because it just feels pointless playing a handheld game while sitting on my couch. And even though the screens of handhelds are bigger, they're still not big enough for me to really enjoy the games. I used my PSP screen ONCE since 2009. All other times, I only played it while it was connected to my TV.

I am the Playstation Avenger.

I don't DISlike handheld gaming per say. I just prefer to play on a big screen, and when I'm out, I usually don't feel like playing games. I have a DSlite, and I did play it a bit, but there are still games on it that I haven't beaten and I've owned them for years.
