whats the number of titles mean?

I mean street fighter has had a lot but not that many. 59 titles seems excessive

so its not every version its like every console a game is available is counted as 1

i.e the Street Fighter series was on SNES and Genesis with Super turbo on 3d0 so that means its 9 + the original arcades.
