By the sounds of it it seems like you're leaning towards the 3DS, the poll suggests that, your comments suggest that, it's cheapest so you'll have more money, it has the most games to suit you right now and likely in the future also (Nintendo will reveal more games for next year as they get closer to next year).
So it's 3DS for you
