Forums - Gaming - Does Catherine PS360 have a time limit in the puzzle stages? (Do I fail If I am to slow?)

So yeah like the thread title says.

Does Catherine have a time limit? Not necessarily a timer but I dunno some HUGE arm with a fork killing you because it is climbing up the puzzle blocks? Or a giant todler head etc?

I was watching some videos and did not really understand whether there is this sort of "time limit" or not.

I am asking because I really hate time limits no matter in what game (even mario) because they make the game feel like work to me and prevent me from  enjoying the music/ the artstyle /just chilling inside the game etc...

There is enough stress in the real world ...

Thanks for answering.

Yes, in away. Sometimes you are chased and need to reach the top before you get cough. I really can't remember if it's ever stage but i don't think it is. It's been awhile sense I've played the game.

You should talk to Wright about this, he explained a lot about this game to me a week ago, not about that though.

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

There is a time limit in every stage, on account of blocks falling into infinity after a while. Eventually you will not have a place to stand, so you'll be pressed to constantly climb. Therefore, in the Rapunzel game, you have a movement limit. That means you'll have to finish the puzzles in a preset number of moves.

PS Where is Wright anyway? Fondling with Erica? :P

This, I stole from grandpa...It's called soap.

Yes, rows of blocks will continue to fall off at the bottom. If you're not up in time, you'll fall to your death.

Also, if it's a boss level with something chasing you, if they catch up to you they can kill you.

game as so hard because yes, you have a time limit , even normal mode is hard >.>

What level are you at? The game only got difficult for me on the last 2 or 3 levels and when i figured them out it was actually pretty easy. Seeing the right path can be clouded by you race againts death.

Yes. For some it's a hard game for others it's not.

Yep. It's really no problem at first but in the final stages, it can be pretty hard.

So when I dont do anything I wont fail? Time just "moves on" when I move?

I'm fine dying because of me being dumb :)
