Vasto : You obviously didnt see the game running on xbox one , the xbox one version is nowhere close to the PS4 version with so much aliasing.

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

You're (probably) just looking at them on a PC monitor. It will be much more obvious if you were looking at it on a 50" screen (I would assume)

I can't see much difference either

But we did kind of expect this, I'll still being be buying it on PC as my yearly tech demo, I think I'll prefer it to Crysis 3 though won't properly be playing either

Yeah, on my laptop screen, so I guess you're right. I can't imagine such small differences being a real deal-breaker either way though.

10fps fluctuations from close to 60fps probably doesn't impede the performance to a significant degree (compared to say if it was running at 30fps and dropping into the 20fps range where it would be very apparent) and 720p>900p is not as noticeable as jumping to 1080p. In my opinion of course.

Makes me wonder how the second round of games are going to run on these consoles. Will there still be differences? Or will they aim for console parity?

I would imagine there will be more parity. The PS4 is clearly stronger, but I don't think devs with bother taking advantage of that once they can actually get 1080p 60fps

Yes, I have seen it and it looks nearly identical. Also there are videos of both versions everywhere. Go play a PC game and change the rez from 1080P to 720p. The differenence is huge. I am not seeing that here.

No they still looks exactly the same.

What is the point of doing a face-off and recomend one of another if both are identical but for the resolution?

The real question is how come a lower res Xbox version looks so close to a higher rez ps4 version. Thats all I get out of all these comparisons.

Because everething else is the same.

I´m impressed that Sony´s fanboys aren´t complaing that BF4 was downgraded on the PS4 for not to look so close to the XOne.

I said running on your TV with a Xbox One upscaling because the problem is the upscaler.

Because it is impossible to not see the horrible aliasing if you have the console, unless your eyes have a problem...

I have seen Battlefield hooked to a TV. I said Yes, I have seen it and it looks nearly identical. People have different opinions and this is mine.

Open this two picture in full screen... you can even see all the difference in aliasing and sharpness.
