He said the update was already installed on the Xbox One but then told to install the update? Seems fishy
Well hopefully games in the future don't take that long on the Xbox One.
It really is ridiculous. I'm positive MS will fix this with a software patch though because it's really going to hurt their sales otherwise.

Even if he had to install the update I don't see why that would matter. He still had to download and install the update on the PS4.
There is no denying there is an issue here. The install rates are atrocious.

I'm sure its because of the DRM policies. People were going to be able to have disc based games converted into digital before the 180. Now they have to fix the downloads.
