If only raging and punching things would fix all their issues :D altho I just imagine that same slow thumping still going on somewhere deep in redmond with the guy who said that gamers would be ready for an always online, digital only console at E3.

Why comical ?

Isn't it the most popular way for people to attempt to fix things ? Give it a few whack and hope for the best.

Not sure i'd try it on a brand new 500$ console tho.

Bumpers stick? are you talking about the X1 or the Ps4? since there is only 1 brand I know of that calls them Bumpers. Also nothing wrong with cheap as long as it works, 1 million people in the US alone seemed to agree that in this economy something being 100dollars/cheaper is a good thing.

After the RROD fiasco that cost Microsoft billions its really good news they made a real effort on the hardware this time. I guess for an Xbox fan the One is like the best console ever made in terms of hardware. lol.

I was talking about your writing style in general, hence the pluralization of "posts". It feels like you are trying to sell something half the time. I have no problem with you having a bias, as most people including myself do, but when you start sounding like a salesmen it's gone a tad too far ^^;

Cheap in price is good but in quality? Anyway, this is one of the videos and it explains what problems people are having.

Waiting till 2034 until playing your xbox1 could be really hard.

I have my Xbox One on for probably 10 hours a day? ( I have TV through it )

And it never gets hot to the touch. Kinect gets a little warm, but that's it.

I feel confiedant that my new console will last years.

Why you act so defencive everytime? Eventhough this happened in just two consoles (well reported two times) most of the issues on the xbone seems to be hardware based which is serious. Anyways I hope nothing happens to your console
