It's a game based on surgery, but the surgery is actually more like arcadey action. It's the one game I can safely say is much better because of the Wii Mote. It's also quite a challenge. I highly recommend it.

OT: Anybody have any tips to get "cools" in Trauma Center: New Blood? The game can get pretty hard..

Sutures - I can remember making your stitches wide zig-zags gets you cools
Tray - Drop things in the middle of the tray.
Scalpel - Try to cut straight.
Forceps - ???
Bandage - ???
Antibiotic gel - ???
The Syring - ???
The Drain - ???
The Laser - ???
Ultrasound(Magnification) - ???
Defibrilator/Massage - ???
Healing touch - ???

Sorry for the hijack but any help would be appreciated.

It can be fun going playing againt the AI, but yeah, you need friends to really get the full experience out of it. I'd trick my friends into playing it by going, "Hey guys, who likes Monopoly? Really? Do you guys like Mario Party too? Well what if I told you I had a game that was like both of them put together and way more hardcore? It's easy to learn too!". After the first half hour or so, they're hooked.
