I suppose the primary difference between this and Knack is intention.

Knack was made on the cheap, designed to be a simple, family friendly game to add to your collection as a secondary purchase next to Killzone or whatever.

Ryse had shit-tonnes of money poured into its development and was shown off as a system seller for the hardcore fans.

So while Knack is objectively a worse game, it's also a far smaller loss.

I saw Yoshida playing it for like 20 min on twitch and altough it looked a lot worse (textures - didn't feel the Pixar Magic) the game seemed fun to play...

Will Titan Fall be changed to Titan Flop as well?

Naw, I expect Titan Fall to be successful.  infinity ward is good, even if I don't personally like the "No campaign" aspect of it. That will be the Xbone's killer app, nect to PS4's inFamous Second Son.

So I was right about both Knack and Ryse, though unfair since I've actually had the game in front of me before most people on this site lol. It's okay though, there are better games on the X1 so just skip this one lol. Selnor will never hear the end of this one though haha.

Hope so... don't like fps games, but maybe a new blood can move people from CoD and make Activision start milking a different franchise.

Well, that's a spirit breaker.

lol how some people here on VGC hyped this game and it fell flat on its belly.

I perdicted 70% but it fell even below that.

No mention of the Kotaku review?

Kotaku - Should I Buy It?  Yes

I love how their reviews are so anti-metacritic.  Also Totilo is great at what he does.  Obvious the game isn't for everyone, but at least he seemed to get what they were going for.

Once they said no to Killzone and Yes to to Ghosts and Lococycle, hard to take them seriously.  Some of their writers are a little to iffy, but Totilo's okay.

Urrrrghhhh rather disappointing as Ryse is the first game I have purchased for my Xbone that will arrive next week.
