Zelda U will NOT release in 2014.

Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 came out in 2012, Pokemon X and Y came out this year. There's no particular reason to assume that the next games will or won't be released next year. Your guarantee is based on faulty logic.

In the past 15 years, only 2002, 2006, 2008 didnt have a Pokemon game so there is a strong chance of 2014 having one as well.

Also there was a rumor a while ago about Smadh Bros releasing in May and Mario Kart/Smash were released back to back on Wii.

Why are u so certain?

1. This is Nintendo. Took them 5 years to make Skyward Sword, and then when we finally got a release date, it was delayed by a year.

2. If they released Zelda in 2014, they would be short on big hitters for 2015.

3. That would be too awesome to be true.

Didnt they have alot of trouble figuring out what direction they wanted to take Skyward Sword? Also I believe they stated we wouldnt have to wait nearly as long this time and Nintendo has been announcing games much closer to release lately. 3D World, Tropical Freeze and Mario Kart were all officially revealed back in June and will all release within a year from that date. Plus they stated they could have shown it back at E3 but decided not to.

They would still have plenty of potential games for 2015. Paper Mario, Animal Crossing, Mario Party, Metroid, Kirby, Super Mario Galaxy 3, Nintendo Land 2, Star Fox, F-Zero

It would be somewhat foolish to release three top tier franchises in one year. It would also surprise me if Smash Bros. and Mario Kart released close together at all. I would guess that one would be saved for the holiday period. Bayonetta 2 would be a good selection for the Oct/Nov segment, as it could be positioned against the other M-rated games and used to advertise the variety of the system.

Maybe they could pretend that Sonic exclusive doesn't exist.

I'll be interested to see how X performs and if it moves systems.

Faulty logic? there was never one pokemon new generation game and then either a remake or third installment to come out the following year. My logic is based on facts
