I've only seen one video of someone using the voice commands and it was Gizmodo. It worked pretty flawlessly, was very impressed. Can't wait to use it myself.

You obviously did not see the horrid IGN tutorial video where the guy had to repeat himself so many times just to get it to do anything lol. It would takes half the time to just press buttons.

Video of them working very well. Only a couple times does he have to repeat himself and the transition from app to app is very quick and smooth.

as for this tweet I have to say if you slowly and clearly speak to the xbox360 version of Kinect it can perfectly launch apps, but therein lies the problem, when you have to do it so carefully and slowly... it's 10x fasters to just grab the controller and press A on the app.

Only thing I've seen is people who have no idea how to use the voice commands. You are supposed to pause for a brief second after saying Xbox, then the available commands come up on the screen in green letters then you say what you want it to do. Does it work perfectly every time? Of course it doesn't but people repeating it over and over obviously aren't saying the correct commands and/or not doing it correctly.
