Good move imo, ignoring the issue isn't gonna get them anywhere, bringing it up and showing people they are wrong is how to fix it.

Agreed, a platformer was already there in SM3DW, they should have replaced Rayman Legends with Pikmin 3, especially since it looks better too.
I gave Nintendo kudos when they started being smart with their Wii U advertisements.
And now, I think I'll ask for that kudos back.

Good to see they are directly attacking the problem (well, one of the problems)
While I think Nintendo marketing almost exclusively to kids in the long term is somewhat of a double edged sword, at least their marketing has some coherent focus this holiday.
