Well at least you have the 7 day warranty from Gamestop (or was it 1 month for consoles?). Ridiculous it broke so early, might think about a 3 year warranty.

Yeah we have a 30 day guarantee on consoles.
The problem is going to be finding one and I lost all my saves :(
have you tried anything to get it booted again, beyond simply hitting the power button?
