That never happened. Wii U is at 3.6 million. PS4 has 1 million. Why do you feel the need to change facts in order to feel better about a console? PS4 will do fine but do we really need to live in fantasy land about it? SOme of you seem border line delusional with this stuff. PS4 did not sell 4 million units yet. its not going to sell 3 million more units in the next couple of weeks either.

 

However it is nice to know that sales are so important so in the next "PS3 wins this gen thread" I can post how important sales are using your own posts when they suddenly are meaningless because PS3 isnt in first place in sales.

I do agree with one thing. It is funny how quickly you guys are coming up with sales numbers since review scores favor Wii U now.

Just once I would like to meet a PS supporter who could keep their opinion the same for more than a year without flip flopping it as soon as it no longer applies to a Sony product.

in Rest of the world and Japan it will take a while. in RotW the PS4 will be launching in the middle east and brazil this year, and in other places next year, and those markets arent that big, so it might take a while.
in japan i think it would take a matter of months rather than weeks, but i have no idea how that market is like really so i could be dead wrong

PS3 hasn't won this gen...yet and people seem to forget that WiiU is going to be a moving target especially with Mario 3d World coming out.  I think if PS4 reaches 4 million this year it'll be monumental.  Hell 3m would be fantastic!  Wii didn't even do 3m in it's first holiday did it?

Well at the current rate of sale it should have sold 14 million units by the time it launches where I live (Australia) on November 29 :P

I think that the sales will be based on a supply. Sony knows better then us how fast can they produce PS4s. They plan to sell 5 mln until 1st of April.
So say 1 mln to USA - launch shipment. 1 mln to EU - launch shipment. 1 mln to japan - launch shipment. And they have 2 mln which will likely be distributed between USA and EU for the christmas period.
If anybody thinks that PS4 will be selling 1 mln consoles per day because of the launch figures i think he needs to be checked by medic.
