AI has come a long way, but every now and then we're reminded of  just how far it still has to go before it approaches anything resembling true intelligence.

Which computer-generated morons were the worst offenders for you, in the 7th gen?

I play mainly indie games, and the worst offender was a game that's still in open beta so ... "Sir, You Are Being Hunted" not because the AI was bad, but because they made the game so dependent on the AI's being smart, that the level of expectation was far higher than what was offered.

The Human AI in Crysis 2 was atrocious.

From what I remember Resistance 3 had some AI glitches, mainly with the "Grasshopper" Chimera, they were standing with their back facing you, not acknowledging you even if you were shooting at them.
Besides that I have not experienced any mind blowing AI this gen, but all the games I have played were keeping AI at the basic, decent level.

honestly, from the little time i spent with it, and from what i seen. Super Mario Galaxy. The AI just walks back and forth or in a designated path thats pretty simple (circle or what ever) and that just rans at you at times when he sees you (some). i spent little time with the Wii when i had it (borrowed it from a friend) then had to return it, didnt play all the game, not even close. but from what i seen, it was defiantly super mario galaxy, by far.

The zombies in TWD: Survival Instinct :D I never played it though.

Those feedbots in online multiplayer shooters...

GTA V, I lost a 4 star wanted level after a heist. It was me and 3 guys on foot. we stood behind some rich area's house. Cops kept running in the back, did a full circle never decided to look in our general area, we were pretty much in the open lol wearing mask and holding assault riffles. and when the stars disappeared I lead my team in front of the cops searching the yard and they didn't give a fuck.............

Compared to the overall tech and expectation; Crysis, the first one. The AI was comical at best, game-breaking at worst.

           The AI  in  Unchartd 3 and Crysis 2 was pretty bad.
