ya i would imagine its like that. You gotta find a store you can trust and start chatting up the owner haha get on the good sides so he knows to hold bac a copy for you

Yeah but I am reluctant to ship with amazon unless its something I absolutely cannot find otherwise. We have a 45% customs duty on video games and the air frieght will be 9 bucks min so 50 dollars turns into about 100 real quick. the store's cost is 60, no way I could beat that price.

For next gen systems I'm looking at 100 dollars extra min on either system, so I'm not planning on rushing to buy either of those.

Didn't get a refund, got a new promise for after 12pm tomorrow............

GameStop did that to me 3 times with Monster Hunter Tri Special Edition. It was made worse by the fact I had been in a serious accident and just getting to the store was a major and painful effort.

Did they at least give your money back so you can get it digitally?

Nope got the technical lingo, "recipt says order is non refundable" and the only answer I could get about how I'm gonna get the game is wait until we have more.........seriously I could have punched that guy.

I once went to Gamestop to pick up Assassins Creed Brotherhood. They were completely sold out except for the people who preordered or reserved a copy. After a few minutes I was able to convince to let me buy somebody's preordered copy. Still feel like a jerk about that. Especially considering Brotherhood wasn't that great of game.
