That's terrible, but i think its now becoming such an issue (poor customer service) that it might be why retail is doing badly... they just don't know how to look after their customers.
Unfortunate that you cannot order from Amazon without sales tax... otherwise I'm sure you would just give retail a wide berth. It's what I am doing in the UK, paid for Amazon prime and just dont care for retail poor service.
Making an indie game : Dead of Day!
3 days later and I finally got my money back from them after I had enough promises of tomorrow........They called me yesterday saying they had it and when I got all the way down there it was only the ps3 version.
Currently downloading it from xbox live. This works better, 10 dollars more and I can upgrade to the xbox one version.

Damn you must have been disapointed..and I can tell you were extremley hyped for the game.
Lesson learned. Don't buy Call of Duty.

Yell at them. You can always get free stuff by making a scene.
Good you got your money back and have the $10 upgrade to X1 option now though.
