you contradict yourself so much its embarrassing. You say the silliest things but you dont apply the same rules to yourself. LoZ is the highest rated game of all time no questions ask. Every port gets lower ratings than the original because people already played it.

Of couse PS3 won. It built its legacy on:

Best services: PS Plus, free Netflix, Bluray, free online.
Best games: all multiplats and most exclusives.
Best hardware: da Cellpower, Bluray.

And not relying on fads like other consoles did, so PS3 went rocksteady while others faded.

If we count Wii as same gen as PS3, then PS3 still second in sales, but will catch and pass - less than 20M is a joke for a PlayStation, easy! If Wii is considered same gen as PS2 as many people would agree, then PS3 already won 7th gen against 360.

Well, what is sad is that PS3 has only one excluse on its Top 10 sellers (acording to VGChartz), 360 will most likely have 4 (1 Kinect and 3 Halo games) and Wii... 10 out of 10.

The exclusive argument has very little basis with the HD twins this generation.

No they're are truths and non truths.  Wii 100 million ps3 80 million. Facts matter,  not what's cool. 

Agreed, only said "cool" because most people only want to believe what they choose to believe; it boils down to profitability and market share.

People would argue Wii is same gen as GCN because Nintendo kept same processors and just changed packaging and controllers.

Thus Wii = GCN gen.

And Wii U = PS3 gen.

Nintendo is always a gen behind, they have said they don't compete directly with Sony and MS.

This is the most difficult gen in terms of assigning a "winner". In some sense all "won". Definitely not as clear cut as the previous 2 gens. Don't worry, the 4 shall make up for the ambiguity of the 3's gen.

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS
