Yes gratz IOI. this site still gets a flak but it is starting to get the respect it deserves. I am still of the opinion that many people on the intranets aren't happy the Wii is winning and lash out at thsi site because of its sales and due to the fact that Ioi has not had years of experience doing this and has had to fine tune his technique over the course of the last year causing people to cry innaccuracies while the whole time he has gotten better and better.

yup, on Hardware we are VERY spot on....

NPD may say we "get" lucky but isn't it obvious....they get PAId to do this job...

Even if you don't agree with the article, being mentioned in Forbes is still great, it is read by many people, and is one of the biggest business magazines. Hopefully, being mentioned in such high-profile publications will become a regular occurance.

The guy that runs vgchartz compiles data from all of the firms, adds some numbers to it to keep himself out of harms way, has the audacity to call it his own and you fall for it? It is also well known that the numbers he gets from retailers as is so blatantly posted on his home page, is actually obtained illegally. Retail workers will often provide him with sales numbers from a store where they work. This is illegal (one poster on the site was busted by his employer for this) and you source him? I have lost faith in Forbes."
