It holds better than 360's controller on the hands and everything else is fine... the D-Pad have the most changes for good too.

The only downside was the bumpers... I can't use them because half of it is dead... it help to not push the tigger and bumper together but it is like a dead button for me... I have to got my hands of the controller to make this button works... weird.

The only game I played that use the impulse triggers was Forza 5 but it was used like a assist to help you make the turns better... I don't like it because the reason.. it make you lost the timing of the race to make the turns in the best way possible... so I need to try another game.

Did it interfere a lot with gameplay or is it just that moment?

I played with it, but playing FIFA, so no impluse trigger stuff in play there

I quite liked the controller, most things are good, particularly the sticks and the triggers. But I still don't like the face buttons or the texture, it just felt too abrasive.

But the bumpers are the worst things I have ever used. Just awful. Awful

Also, I don't understand what was wrong with start (back was always stupid), but why has the guide button moved?

About the bumpers?

If you need to use them then yes... it interfere but most launch games didn't need you to use them.

Now the impulse triggers?

Yes they interfere because it is a assit... so for example I enter in the turn late (to make it fast) but the impulse triggers hint me to enter early (to make it easy) so I lost the feeling to make the turn in my way (faster but difficult)... thanks God you can disable this assist and at the end I will use a wheel that makes this feature in Forza useless

I prefer the feel of the 360 controller, but everything else on the X1 controller is revamped.

That's interesting because I never liked how the 360's controller feels on my hands and I was surprised how better the X1's controller holds on my hands... I have big hands... so I don't know why one feels better than another.

You can play it with mute audio, so you don´t hear the tires drift or the motor/gear performance.

Just Kiding.

Well, my friend disables the rumble when he plays a shooter "because of the precision". But other friend loves the rumble in GT5, so he can identify which side of the car is drifting.

I don´t mind those hepatics "assistences". I crave for this to be used in Halo, so you can fell from where you are receiving damage.

Zappykins has used it, he'll thinks it's awesome, especially the impulse triggers.

TL/DR:  I found the Feedback Triggers surprizingly intince and think most people will not want to game without them.

I felt like I had the controller in my hand throughout the description.

I like it even before I acquire it.Thanks for putting me at ease.

Thank you very much!  That is a very nice complement.

(Also, I fixed my spelling, lol.)

As Ethomaz said, you can always turn it off.  But I think most people will like it.

I can see it being helpful to let you know when you are locked onto a target in an FPS.  You could feel a heartbeat in a scary game.  Little 'alerts' all sorts of new things.

Who knew when they started rumble that it could be used to let you know when your character is about to die - and massages! http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Rumble-Massage/66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80258550179

It will be neat to see how it gets incorporated into games.  When I first felt it I was like, "Wow! Why didn't I think of that!"

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

Sounds fine and dandy.

What about the Kinect... did you try it?

I would have liked to try it but that walmart display was terrible.

xbox controller got smaller and lighter, evolved to attract sony fans and the DS$ got wider evolved to attract MS fans. It's kind of funny how that works out.

end result a lot of us might not like our new controllers as much as the last one and be tempted by the other side lol.
