Part of the reason you Aussies never get games alongside Americans is that your classification board is $900 at least per system rating and there are so many specifics. Pegi and USK have similar problems.  Then the system holders tend to group Europe and Australia. The ESRB is free for digital stuff and has much less restrictions.

 

In other news, Trine: Enhanced Edition is coming to Wii U this Fall, as well as The Swapper coming November.

 Ot: I bought shovel knight recently, and while I am liking the game, I guess it was better if i'd bought it on 3DS... SK seems like a portable game to me, rather than a Tv like experience...

Nintendo news of 26-27/07/2014: 

  • The week of the 19th charts are up! The Wii U sold 59k units of hardware (a drop of 4%), and sold 206k games (a drop of 9%). It's best selling games was Mario Kart 8 with 88k units sold, followed by the likes of NSMBU, 3D World, Wind Waker HD and others. The 3DS sold 120k units of hardware (a drop of 16%), and 661k games (a drop of 62%). It's best selling games were Yokai Watch with 286k units sold, Tomodachi Life with 54k units, Pokemon XY with 40k units, Gundam Try Age SP with 23k units, and Mario Kart 7 & AC: NL with 16k units; followed by Kirby Triple Deluxe, Yokai Watch, Pokemon Art Aademy and others.
  • I believe Tomodachi Life reached 2 million not a long time ago, but I forgot to report it. And right now the 3DS has 28 million sellers, and will reach 30 in less than a month I believe.
  • Hyrule Warriors is ready to go!
  • NES Remx 1+2 is coming this holiday, with Super Luigi Bros.
  • Project CARS footage.
  • Roundup of scans of mostly Japanese games, from CoroCoro I believe.
  • A new game from Two Tribes will be announced this week!
  • Bayonetta: Bloody Fate is coming this October! (Apparently, she's too hot for my country. So tell me if that actually is the trailer)
