Nintendo News: May 10, 2014

  • Technically, foootage of the Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire remakes was shown. About 8 seconds worth of cutscene without sound effects. If GameFreak can't be bothered to make sound effects, I can't be bothered to link to the footage.
  • On the bright side, it turns out that Mario Kart 8 is selling very well. Also, for future reference, Cinema Blend is apparently biased in Nintendo's favor.
  • Disney Infinity: We bought Marvel Edition is coming this fall and info is here. The game seeks to... hold on. Individual figures cost $14?!?!? What the hell?
  • Vote for your Top Wii U games, if you haven't already.
  • Hey look, its http://www.vgchartz.com/">VGChartz from 2007!
  • I was really hoping Pokemon would make today more interesting...

CoroCoro leaked, Almost no new content shown about OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire except practically confirmation that the cover art is indeed new forms. Pledges to have new content about the games come next issue which is due June 14th which would mean the earliest leak from it would be maybe 10th but more likely 11th
