I'm right at the end of Pikmin 3 and I just can't finish it, it's haunting me so bad.

As part of our healing process after the KS failure, we're developing a new experimental 2D game for 3DS. It has pixels and stuff. No cults.

Cult County was originally going to be a 3DS exclusive with NO Kickstarter needed.

They could at least continue the 3DS version which was already self-funded for crying out loud.

I think I speak for everyone when I say that I would proudly pay for Cult County on the 3DS to go with all my other Renegade Kid games I got from the 3D eShop, like Mutant Mudds & ATV Wild Ride 3D & etc.

Also, I think the game he's referring to, is just "Mutant Mudds 2". (will get, of course)

Also, I thought MK stood for Mario Kart, LOL.

I assume when they originally planned for Cult County they were putting it more on the back burner. The game probably got to expensive and their other releases didn't seem to bring in the revenue they planned (i.e Mutant Mudds on PS3, Vita and Steam underperformed and i guess their other releases didn't exactly exceed their projections to cover the additional expenses) . The game's scope seemed also too large for the 3DS so they decided to shelve it since 3DS doesn't have Unity. They decided to generate more money and a better resume too with Treasurenauts and Moon Chronicles , the latter likely using Cult County's engine, and then do a kickstarter. The development hassle likely pushed them back on Treasurenauts and Moon Chronicles but they still planned to use kickstarter in the hope gamers would want another good horror game.  it is likely that it will be on the 3DS but to make another version is expensive so its back on the backburner

The game he's referencing seems to just have started so I think its a completely new title considering Mutant Mudds 2 was already announced to be in development and isn't that experimental

• It's Mega May on the 3DS Virtual Console! By the end of May, all five original Game Boy Mega Man titles and the two Xtreme games from the GBC will be available. The fist two of the Game Boy series weren't that good, but III through V were pretty well received by reviewers back in the 90's. The Xtreme games also were reviewed decently, despite coming out very late in the Game Boy Color's life (months after the GBA came out in Xtreme 2's case).

• The Mario Kart 8 Miiverse community is already a thing. We're not supposed to post in it though.
• Is Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare coming to the Wii U after all?
• The Mario Golf: World Tour DLC is NOT on the 3DS game card. 
• On Metacritic, Triple Kirby Deluxe still has an 80, compared to 77 for Return to Dreamland and 71 for Squeak Squad, his most recent new traditional outings for the Wii and DS respectively. With a 78, Mario Golf: World Tour may be the worst entry in Mario's golfing career, but is a big step above Tennis Open's 69 score.
• My local store ran out of Kirby Triple Deluxe copies before I could get there yesterday. A good sign, or just bad luck for Salnax?
• Oh yeah, hi everyone.

If I recall correctly 5 and Xtreme 2 are supposed to be the more original Game Boy Mega Mans. Mega Man 5 is supposed to be completely original and Xtreme 2 features very remixed stages from X2 and an original final Fortress stage. The other Megaman games are mostly ports of their respective console versions though Xtreme 1 does have an original Fortress stage.
