It only applies to the eShop, for latest Firmware.
But I have notice an extra 30 minutes battery life with this last update so far, on mine 3DS original Aqua Blue. (going from 7.1.0-15 to 7.1.0-16)

Well, thanks for the advice! Unfortunately the firmware is already at its newest, so I've got no idea what the error could be. And it only happens with Mario Kart 7, got no problems playing Luigi's Mansion 2.

Try turning OFF your 3DS, and power it back ON again.

There's a "leaked" photo of the character select screen from Smash 4 circulating Twitter right now...
It "confirms" Captain Falcon, Jigglypuff, Ness, and a bunch of other returning characters (not Mewtwo or Wolf)...
The only new character that hasn't been confirmed is Chrom...
I think it looks pretty fake...
No biggie, but I figured somebody on here might like to know...

That's a shame if Wolf is left out in the end, though I wouldn't really be surprised. I liked using him in Brawl, but he's less important to the roster than Fox & Falco are. I hope Chrom does make it as well, though that will probably mean Ike is out :/

Its definitely fake. Its obvious to why for 1 major reason. It has only 1 more newcomer, which doesn't make any sense. I can name several others but thats too much of a hastle now. Here is the Image...

Oh I was more or less talking about how I thought the final roster would end up. Its pretty likely Wolf will be out to make room for some new characters I think, though I hope they can still squeeze him in obviously xD

But Wolf is as much as a clone of Fox as Lucario is of Mewtwo. Wolf's Specials are just about the only similar thing to Fox he has. All his smash attacks, standard attacks, tilts, aerials are different from Fox's aside from maybe one. Also Sakurai wanted him in the original game so I doubt he'll cut him easily in addition to being one of the few villains in the game. I just don't see him getting cut so trivially
