Greninja got a minor nerf (No more indefinite or running shadow sneak) and thats about it. I'd say the only heavy nerfs were Diddy and Shiek from what I've seen thus far, with some minor nerfs elsewhere.

Not too sure what's going on with Mega Man. Leaf Shield got buffed? (yaaay?) But he seems mostly the same. Mewtwo is pretty interesting.

Theres no official patch notes. I've just been poking around this thread on Smashboards:
