Resolution doesnt really work that way, double the pixels doesn't automatically mean 1x PS4 is as fast as 2x XO.

Just look at hte PC benchmarks, difference between 1050p BF4 vs 1200p is about 5-7FPS. I actually wouldn't be suprised if XO has some other settings at higher levels than PS4 from the freed up performance gain for having lower res.

When you start going above the 1080p, then the performance starts to dip heavily.

Wii U has been on the market longer. Developers have more experience working on it. Well... Nintendo and Platinum have experience. Most other developers have already given up on Wii U.

But as I stated in my post it is not a few extra pixes- it is OVER DOUBLE THE NUMBER of PIXELS.

Double the number of pixels doesn't make that much of an actual visual difference in most cases though, as 720p is already pretty sharp to most people's eyes.(And TVs)

It really does mean that, the reason that in those benchmarks that above 1080p is a nightmare for performance is because the multiplication factors of height*width. This is what makes 4K gaming a nightmare for cost effective hardware.

Destiny will be on four or perhaps five platforms. Halo 5, one platform.

I don't plan on having an X1 until Halo launches so I'll probably buy Destiny on the 360.
