I've protested a few times about how annoying it is hearing the same arguments of pixels on this site and it seems to only be getting worst.  Not only do i not care about 720 - 900 - 1080p but I was always in the line of thinking that me enjoying the gameplay was the first and for most thing. Other wise I would not have bought Pokemon.

This seems to be a primary debate between Xbox and PS fans rather than Nintendo fans though.  And I keep going over it, why is it important?  Let me just clear something up.  Yes PS4 has superior hardware(excluding camera and controller) but does it make one group feel superior over the other to have those extra pixels?  Does it then enhance your gaming experience that you have a slightly more vivid picture?  Then why not just buy a PC instead?  Is it because you like the games on consoles that you cant get on PC? O.O  What is this blasphemy!?

And Xbox fans, why does it upset you that the PS4 is more powerful?  Even though they are similar in terms of power shouldn't you just say hey I enjoy the games on Xbox and be done with it.  For example Halo is not the best looking game in the world but do you care?  Of course not, it is a helluva good game.

To clear something else up both PS4 and XBO will have problems at launch.  Some minor while some are more serious.  This happens with new products.  In a few years games will look better than what the launch games do now.  I would expect most games on both consoles to be at 1080p by the end of the gen for both consoles.  So why is everybody freaking out about a few hiccups hear and there?

Now I know that some people take the console wars serious but can we just relax and just let everybody enjoy their products without becoming a salesman or mr angry pants about it?  If you think PS4 is the best, then great.  If you think XBO is the best, awesome.  If you think WiiU is the best......well you must be on drugs :P  Just kidding.  Everything is opinion guys so at least try and respect each other.

Have to say I agree, and heaven forbid you say something they don't agree with or make a typo. Some will hound you about like you insulted their mother or something.
I myself got a Wii U not because I have some allegiance to Nintendo but because between the 3 of them it will offer the most unique library when compared to what I get on PC. For me tis about games. I just do not understand the mentality of some to take things personally. I said something the other day, that someone took as negative against Sony alone and I must be bias for not mentioning MS or Activision, even though they were never brought up to begin with. Now they are leaving messages on my wall and cant seem to get over my comment.

I'm with you on this one, OP. All this console war is getting outta hand. While I have nothing against some jokes here and there, you should always respect your fellow gamers, no matter what console they prefer. I mean, 1080p is nice no doubt, but 720p shouldn't be a deal breaker for a game you really want to have. And I'll be honest, I'm buying the PS4 because I was really happy with the PS3, the PSP and the PS Vita. I just really like Sonys Hardware, so I'm sticking to it. But I can perfectly understand if someone doesn't like it as much as I does. And someone who has been playing Xbox 360 the whole gen will naturally be interested for the Xbox One. Just let the people play what they want. There's nothing wrong with some jokes, but a console war should never get serious in any way.

Pixels advantage and/or exclusivity = automatically awesome game.

Graphics are cool. Gameplay is better.

I see all of the bickering about pixels but it's good to see that I'm not the only one that plays games to enjoy them. I have a 360, 3DS, Vita and Wii U. I'm actually going to wait to pick up a One/PS4, which one I buy first will depend solely on the selection of games. Not gonna lie tho, Halo 5 and Destiny are probably gonna be the sellers for me.

I think it´s just silly and boring talking about that. With today´s technology, I really don´t care about resolution anymore. The beauty of the graphics depends much more on the developer creativity than on processing power.

Higher res is why the Vita is outselling the 3DS by a ration of 5:1 in my imagination.
