I care about sales because bad sales can make a company get out of the market - ie. Sega. :(

Of course, it would be ideal if my favorites were selling best, but selling poorly never stopped me from enhoying them. PS3 is kicking ass now, PSVita is struggling, but I enjoy them equally.

Same as PS2 and Dreamcast. Loved them both despite DC doing poorly.

I hope they "split the vote" and we get the best of both worlds.

Basically agree with you. As long as none of the consoles tank, it doesn't really matter. Although I'd like to see another close race like this gen. Would be fun to watch.

The people who's favorite console sells less don't care about sales because it isn't about sales but about games/fun/services/etc...

I just want every company to profit from hardware and software. And I will really appreciate the Wii U to have every third party games the other two home consoles next gen will have.

Yes im a Nintendo fan, but i also like to see all the big 3 do well...competition is healthy and leads to better quality products for us gamers. Also i think the Wii deserved to win last gen, Nintendo took a different route to the others and ultimately it paid off. There was a lot of high quality software for the gamers, and more simple games for the casuals, it had a diverse library of games that catered for everybody.

I care. That's why I came to this website in the first place. It's a website about sales and which ones are selling the most. Eventually I got drawn into the database, but that went south about a year ago. So now I'm here just to fap to everyone fighting over which console will sell more and how 720p isn't enough

At this moment I would prefer the PS4 to sell the most, but I really just want every system to sell a ton.

There's nothing bad about a healthy industry lol.

I care ... now I don't care who sells the most, but I want ALL 3 to have decent sales in order to sustain themselves and continue producing games. Competition is good and no matter which "side" you pick it would serve everyone's interest if they were all thriving.
