Maybe the games will be better optimized in the future and require less? Just a wishfull thinking :)

Man these sizes are unreal! I'm gunna have to upgrade the HD if every game coming out is that size.

True they could have put a bigger hdd... But honestly I'd rather choose my hdd... And with usb3.0 I'm happier with an external hdd than swapping the original... Bottom line when a good and affordable 2tb ssd USB 3 ext hard drive will be up I'll get one... It will be great to carry my library at friends places or on vacation... Way better than using discs or having everything inside the box if all I need is the hd.. To me the choice makes sense and is in phase with MS future vision...

Tbh I don't think this is final retail box because I can't see anything saying about resolation or other staff we have to wait and see final retail box

Well the only part that i dislike is that after playing it you delete the game but if you want to replay it again later you'll have to download the ~40gb again if you buy digitally.. I mean i have a 100Mb internet connection but it still takes a while..

Ram sizes are now 16x larger than last gen (the crucial vram probably about 10-14x larger) , yet BD drive is only 3x faster than last gen (PS3 2x; PS4 6x) and even the PS3 had big problems loading everything from disc into ram.

So, PS4/XB1 games will need to install most/all of the data in order to make use of all the new ram.

How long will they take ? As long as the sometimes rediculous installs on PS3 ?
