That's a sure bet... the PC platform is an important part for each of the three big publishers.
45% of Activision's revenue last year came from the PC. Even without WoW, it had the greatest share with 25%... Wii+WiiU got 6%. The first half of 2013 was less impressive, but still much stronger than Wii+WiiU with 2%:

The PC share of EA's revenues was between 20% and 32% the last 5 quarter, comparable to the 360 and PS3... Wii+WiiU fell from 2% to <1%:

Nintendos held a great share of Ubisoft's revenue a few years ago: 47% in 2008/2009 (29% DS + 18% Wii), 40% in 2009/2010 (14% DS + 26% Wii).
The handheld share has gone away (1% DS + 1% 3DS the last 5 quarters), Wii+WiiU fell from 33% to 20% to 13%.
The PC share was under 10% most Ubi-years, last quarter it rose to 20%:
