Thats because their numbers haven't been anything to brag about as they've been consistently outsold on the home console front in the US, and massively outsold on the handheld front. Now that they finally have something positive going for them i'm pretty sure they'll deliver a press release. Also, they used to deliver press releases for Playstation hardware in the past when it looked good compared to the competition.

fuuny how you spin it. let me try, The biggest game launch ever made the PS3 overtake the xbox 360 in its home land after 32 months of outselling the PS3, guess PS3 is the platform for the really big games

Only took 3 posts for an Xbox fan to come in and down play positive Sony news.

Which is still 2 posts more than a Sony fan in a positive Xbox thread.

the constant complaining about sony fans done by xbox fans is getting rather pathatic, and to a much more extent filled with hypocrisy. you complain about no quality posts in xbox threads where your posts are just posts that attack other users (sony fans) or the exact same posts you complain about.

ok so sony money hatted a exclusive bundle rights for the biggest game launch this year got it

Very impressive, it's seems Sony is slowly learning how to crack the US market again.
But as long as Microsoft has the power of CoD on its side the 360 and probably future Xbox products will remain ahead of Sony in the American market.

Congrats to Sony for breaking the streak. I have a feeling that we'll get a few more months like this in 2014, when 360 support starts to really wind down. Of course, by then I expect the PS4 to be hogging most of the home console spotlight.
