I have a Vita, which I enjoy a lot, though it will be even better when some of those Japanese games get localized.  Past that, my list is as follows:

1) PS4 - In my opinion, World Wide Studios is the best group of developers in the world and PS+ is fantastic.

2) PC - I'm always going to be about 50% PC gamer.  I will probably look to upgrade when Dragon Age: Inquisition is released.

--- The "Maybe" list, in order:

3) 3DS - Lots of quality games with good third party support.

4) Xbox One - Right now, I want an XO way more than I ever did a 360, which I basically only wanted for Halo.  Microsoft seems serious about creating more content.

5) Wii U - This one is a distant last.  Pikmin and W101 look fun but they aren't enough.  I don't really care about having a lot of platformers--Ray man is enough for me.  Unless there is a Star Fox sighting, a super high quality Metroid or Zelda are probably the only things that could change my mind.

Hell, I don't know.  Whether it is or not, I still think I'll get an Xbox One before I get a PS4 based on what I've seen so far.  The consensus since launch is that the PS4 is the most powerful but I'd love to see that proven wrong.  I think/hope the differences in power will be negligable, though.
