I feel a slightly better way to handle the Friends Code is to use a GoogleDoc Spreadsheet that holds all the information and is editable by anyone. I have gone ahead and set one up which can be viewed and edited by anyone. I have placed the table from the OP into this spreadsheet to get it started, but I didn't bother going through and trying to find other peoples FC that weren't in the OP, and I didn't bother trying to link VGC Accounts with the Friend Code names on the 3DS.

The spreadsheet has 7 columns total:

1) Your VGC Account (ex: Mine is Stever89)
2) Your 3DS Name that will display to friends (ex: Mine is Stever)
3) Your Friend Code (ex: Mine is 3067 5596 0450)
4) Your Safari Pokemon Type (ex: Mine is Fire). You can place ??? if you don't know.
5-7) Are the 3 Pokemon that are in your Safari. You can use ??? if you don't know.

Please feel free to update this chart so that it accurately depicts who is willing to add to their friends list, and please add your name/FC to the list if it isn't already there. If you don't wish your code to be on there, you may remove the line that has your information in it (either clearing that row you selecting that row and deleting it).

If I find that people are just going to mess with it and basically act like kids, then I may not keep it up, but I hope it doesn't come to that!
