Congrats! (finally!) There should be the TM for Flash Cannon somewhere, so google it up! Also, I believe the PokeRadar can only be used in grass.

Are you sure it isn't the hardware that's faulty, like the Router or Modem or whatever they're called.

It can be used in the yellow flowers too, at least. A how-to vid from Gamesradar has it in the Pokemon village, which is all yellow flowers. I was trying it in the lilacs on route 5 and wasn't getting anything (though i encountered Zapdos twice xD)

Oh, and i finally breed a more ideal version of my team! Wasn't as terrible as I thought it'd be overall, though all the three 31/x/31/31/31/31 Froakies I got didn't have Protean, so I eventually said screw it and settled for a 31/x/x/31/31/31 Froakie. On the flipside, I did get a 31/31/31/31/31/31 Rotom which while useless is still pretty cool. So now all I have to do is train them all up!

Oh, well I wouldn't know. Last time I used the Radar was in Pokemon Pearl. Also, have fun chasing down Zapdos.

Rotom-W and Rotom-H are some pretty good pokes bro.

Rotom-W is one of the best OU pokemon imo.
