Congrats! (finally!) There should be the TM for Flash Cannon somewhere, so google it up! Also, I believe the PokeRadar can only be used in grass.

It can be used in the yellow flowers too, at least. A how-to vid from Gamesradar has it in the Pokemon village, which is all yellow flowers. I was trying it in the lilacs on route 5 and wasn't getting anything (though i encountered Zapdos twice xD)
