Simple, when do you think you'll see a new console from each company? Also, how much will it cost? Will there be more then one launch sku? Console name ideas? Any special predictions.... ie: will the next MS system have built in HD DVD or Blu Ray? Will the next nin system be as/more powerful then the 360? etc.

The PS3 just came out in 06 as for the Wii as well

Sony won't let Microsoft put out a new console, there's no chance. Nintendo can always be a bit of a wildcard and do whatever they want. I would imagine it's going to take longer for the next-generation consoles, probably 2012 for the PS4 and Xbox720. The WII could come anytime after 2010.

 well the PS3 would have sold alot by the time of the 720's release so they could potentionally just ride the PS3 and the userbase through the next next gen and release the PS4 at the time of or before the 1080s release but i dont think that will happen if sony cant follow up on its 10 year plan

For Me:

MS - Xbox 720 in 2011 (6 Years after 360) - Better one is $400, cheaper one is $ 350

Sony - Playstation 4 in 2012 (6 Years after PS3) - Sony Learned there lesson this time around - 1 SKU and it starts at $400.

Nintendo - Super Wii (ie. NES -> SNES) (6 Years after Wii) - $300 cause it will be HD.

 You think the next xbox can sell 30-40 million in 3 years? This gen won't even do that do more than 23 mil in 3 years. ;)

Okay, my prediction:

XboxRevolution: 4 years from now, Will have a blu-ray player and Halo 5 as launch title, Quad core, wireless and motion sensor. $399 price. 

Wii 2: 4 years from now, 2 months from XboxRevolution launch, It will have some stupid name again that will have strong sexual implication, My vote on Wan! (Nintendo Wan), It will be literally 2 Wii ducktape together, still no harddrive (2gb this time) and will come with better motion sensor and HD out.

PS4: 9 years from now. Sony will learn its lesson and skip a Gen, its multi-core and Blu-Ray function will keep it current with XboxRevolution and Wii2. Sony knows if they come out with a new one, it will have to start fresh with new userbase, so it's skipping it. PS4 will have 100TB of hardrive, 250GB blu-ray game disc or your choice of download it via PSN for lower price.
